CLIMB 30 プライバシーポリシー

開発者(以下同様)は、iOSアプリ「CLIMB 30」(以下「本アプリ」)における利用者情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。

1. 収集する情報

(1) ランキング機能のために本アプリが送信する情報

• 匿名プレイヤーID(端末内でランダム生成される識別子。氏名・メールアドレス等とは紐づきません)
• ニックネーム(利用者が自由に設定。初期値は自動生成)
• ベストスコアと更新日時

これらは世界ランキングの表示のために Google LLC が提供する Firebase(Cloud Firestore)に保存され、ニックネームとスコアは他の利用者にも表示されます。氏名、住所、連絡先、位置情報、連絡先帳などの個人情報は収集しません。

(2) 広告のために取得されることがある情報

本アプリは Google AdMob による広告を表示します。AdMob は広告の配信・計測のために広告識別子(IDFA)や端末情報を取得することがあります。トラッキングの許可は iOS の App Tracking Transparency ダイアログでいつでも選択でき、許可しなくても本アプリはすべての機能を利用できます。詳細は Google のプライバシーポリシー をご覧ください。

(3) App内課金

課金処理は Apple(および購入管理サービス RevenueCat)を通じて行われ、開発者がクレジットカード情報等を取得することはありません。

2. 利用目的

• 世界ランキングの表示・運営
• 広告の配信
• 不正なスコアの検知・削除

3. 第三者提供

法令に基づく場合を除き、上記のサービス提供者(Google、Apple、RevenueCat)以外の第三者に利用者情報を提供することはありません。

4. データの削除

ランキングに保存されたニックネーム・スコアの削除を希望される場合は、下記の連絡先までアプリ内のニックネームを添えてご連絡ください。確認のうえ削除します。アプリを削除すると端末内のセーブデータはすべて消去されます。

5. お子様の利用について

本アプリは特定の年齢層を対象としたものではなく、個人を特定できる情報を収集しません。

6. 改定

本ポリシーを改定する場合は、本ページで告知します。

CLIMB 30 Privacy Policy

The developer of the iOS app "CLIMB 30" (the "App") sets forth the following policy regarding the handling of user information.

1. Information We Collect

(1) Information sent by the App for the ranking feature

• Anonymous Player ID (a randomly generated identifier stored on your device; it is not linked to your name, email address, or other personal information)
• Nickname (freely set by the user; an initial value is generated automatically)
• Best score and the date/time it was updated

This information is stored in Firebase (Cloud Firestore), provided by Google LLC, in order to display the global leaderboard, and your nickname and score will be visible to other users. We do not collect personal information such as your name, address, contact details, location, or contacts list.

(2) Information that may be collected for advertising

The App displays advertisements via Google AdMob. AdMob may collect an advertising identifier (IDFA) and device information for ad delivery and measurement purposes. You may grant or deny tracking permission at any time via the iOS App Tracking Transparency dialog, and all features of the App remain available even if you do not grant permission. (3) In-app purchases

Payment processing is handled by Apple (and the purchase management service RevenueCat); the developer never obtains your credit card information or other payment details.

2. Purpose of Use

• Displaying and operating the global leaderboard
• Delivering advertisements
• Detecting and removing fraudulent scores

3. Disclosure to Third Parties

Except as required by law, we do not disclose user information to any third party other than the service providers listed above (Google, Apple, RevenueCat).

4. Data Deletion

If you wish to have your nickname and score removed from the leaderboard, please contact us at the address below, including the nickname used in the App. We will delete the data after confirmation. Uninstalling the App will erase all save data stored on your device.

5. Children's Use

The App is not targeted at any specific age group, and it does not collect personally identifiable information.

6. Changes

Any revisions to this policy will be announced on this page.
